Internationally acclaimed hip-hop dance artist Bill Shannon performs Spatial Theory, and dancer Alison Denham and musician Mark Brose perform Peggy Baker’s Geometry of the Circle.

March 21 Gala only: Shannon, Denham and Brose are joined by Canadian dance icon Peggy Baker performing her solo work earthling.

Fado! Comedy!

She Laughed, She Cried

Opening the evening, Fado singer Sara Marreiros and her band bring music steeped in the passion of Portuguese saudade (yearning). Jan Derbyshire performs Funny in the Head, the rollicking story of a bipolar comedian’s fight to stay funny.
